Reservation

You can make a reservation by phone or e-mail.

The room will be secured once your reservation is received, no other inquires will be accpeted for the room you reserved during the rental peiod. Cancellation fee will occur.

Contract procedure/ Payment

We will ask the customer for his/her information and we will send you a contract and an invoice by e-mail. Fill out the contract and reply with a copy of your passport photo page. Please make a payment for your rent. Contracts and payments should be made within one week of booking.

Move in

Please come to the "Union Monthly General Reception Center" in Shinjuku. We will hand you the key. If you have a PIN type key, we will notify you by e-mail. Please bring in the “Contracted Property Information”, “Union Monthly 9rules” and “Q & A” that you will receive after applying.
